A sick liver: Lft's (liver function tests) may be elevated due to hepatocellular disease, biliary disease, infiltrative disease (fatty liver)...  Some lft's are nonspecific, and as such may elevate due to problems with organs other than liver (bone, gut, muscle, heart).  Chronically elevated lft's, lft's trending upward, or acute profound elevations in lft's are most worrisome.  Don't ignore any lft elevations.

May due to hemolysis: After draw blood, it sits there before it forms clot. At this time, some blood cells can lysis itself , makes the bilirubin increase. You can ask a lft test to differentiate direct and indirect bili.

No: No.  Staying active and maintaining a healthy weight is certainly good for all of your organs, liver included (reduces risk of fatty liver disease), but it would not mask or conceal significant liver damage or inflammation.

Liver enzyme: One possible reason is hepatic steatosis, which can be transient due to the underlying metabolic derrangements. I would monitor them daily and if the trend is higher I would consider other possibilities including auto-immune hepatitis

Parasites?????: This sounds like infectious etiology. Parasites can do it. Amebiasis can do that too. See your md.

: Always need normal values for the tests.  Different in UK sometimes. Check meds you are taking by going to Drugs.com and look for liver effects. Also discuss with your Dr how much alcohol you drink a day or week. Cheers.
