Adjuvant therapy: It means that after a wide  surgical resection and lymph nodes dissection- you will need to get an adjuvant therapy to decrease your risk from having cancer recurrence. The options would be high dose interferon vs clinical trials. You need to see an oncologist and discuss pros and cons in detail with your oncologist.  Also, will need to complete staging work-up- perhaps with a pet scan. Good luck.
