Many things: Many things may cause a feeling of bloating or bulging in the stomach.  Medications and inadequate fluid intake are a common cause of this feeling which is associated with constipation.  Does anything make the bloating better or worse?

No: The only symptom one generally gets if at all, is heartburn.    A ventral  hernia could cause your stomach to bulge out, among other things.

: Erosion is just another term for irritation or breaking down of the surface layer. The term is not specific to a cause. It is a descriptor like a color. Discuss the findings with the doc who ordered the testing to place it in context of your personal history and exam. At that point you can discuss potential causes and treatment.

pet/ct findings are, hypermetabolism throughout most of the large bowel. associated significant limitations in evaluation of bowel (and some adjacent other structures). is this the cause of my stomach bulge? how can this be corrected?

: Rather diffuse hypermetabolism of the colon suggests an inflammatory process rather than malignancy which usually shows up as a circumscribed pattern. Are you experiencing bowel symptoms? Your physician should review the study with the radiologist &amp; ask for a differential diagnosis, what other studies might be helpful or what type of specialist could be consulted. A stomach bulge is nonspecific

does a bulging disc  cause pain the the  upper left  stomach ?

Maybe: Patients with thoracic lateral discs complain of pain that wraps around their back and can go to the abdomen region.  Usually when it comes from a thoracic disc it is a sharp shooting type pain.  However if you have only left upper abdominal pain this may not have anything to do with a disc as several other things can cause this. Please see your pmd.

How old are you: you might have a hernia based on your description but your age your surgical history your weight all go theses are factors that can help rule out or prove something my advice if you are concern go and see a doctor

Get an X-ray : Get an abdominal X-ray to make sure there are no structural problems

i feel a  bulge or fat like in the epigastric region and it feels tender to touch it is not visible normal only while pushing my back[forward] i can feel and it's visible lightly.  but sometimes cause discomfort and tightness of the stomach

Bulge: When you make that maneuver your abdominal rectus muscles probably pull apart causing a bulging out of your upper abdomen simulating a hernia and when you relax your abdomen the rectus muscles close and the bulge disappears while a growth or mass won't.  A physician can check this for you if you still have concerns.

for 3 mths at night time having sever pain follow by bulging on the lower r.side stomach endoscopy showed ulcer & ultrasound showed diverticula.the gastro dr doesn't know the cause. can you please tell me what's the cause? thx?

: The ulcer may be in a different place than the diverticula but you did not say; the ulcer is due to something causing a break in the integrity of the epithelia linning and it could be due to an infection like Helicobacter pylorii or due to abnormality of chemicals like increased acidity. The diverticula is due to weakness in the muscles of the guts that allows a blow out like a balloon in the wall

Abdominal: Wall hernia comes to mind.  But there are 100's of causes of belching and gas, such as gerd, gastritis, gallstones.  Have your doctor check you over.
