Something else?: Your heel may be hurting because of plantar fasciitis- an inflammation of the tissue that forms the arch of the foot. If so your heel will be exquisitely tender if you press on the sole of your foot where the arch comes off the heel. If so, a specialized sock that keeps the arch stretched at night can be helpful.

Not known for sure: Restless legs syndrome (rls) is  disorder of  nervous system that affects legs and causes urge to move them. Because it usually interferes with sleep, it also is considered  sleep disorder.Many medical conditions are associated with RLS including iron deficiency, diabetes, end-stage kidney disease, and  pregnancy.Rls 10% of population, females &gt; males.  Brain uses iron abnormally some experts feel.

is it safe to take the lowest dose of lexapro in the mornimg and the lowest dose of buspar (buspirone) at night? will it cause seratonin syndrome?

Safe: Seratonin syndrome is very rare, and many patients use those medicines together, even at higher doses, safely. Buspar (buspirone) may need to be used multiple times a day to be effective. Therapy together with these meds can also help to get better control of your anxiety. Good luck!

can 3 mg of melatonin, 7.5 mg of buspar (buspirone) and 10 mg of lexapro cause seratonin syndrome.  took melatonin for 1st time last night and feel aweful today.

Melatonin: At those doses serotonergic syndrome is very unlikely.  Possible se’s from melatonin include: feeling tired the next day, sleep walking, nightmares, vivid dreams, dizziness, confusion, headache, GI upset, v libido, v sperm count, gynecomastia in men & mood changes.

Antiphospholipid: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is common in aps & pulmonary embolism, a common cause of shortness of breath (sob) is seen in 1/3 of aps patients w/ dvt.  Pulmonary arterial thrombosis +/-  thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension is common in aps & leads to sob. Classically treated with a vit-k antagonist anti-coagulant. Vit k can counter effect of this medication.

Serotonin syndrome: Medications that enhance the release of certain neurotransmitters in the brain like serotonin or norepinephrine increase the risk of serotonin syndrome when used in combination with other drugs or medications that reduce the clearance of those neurotransmitters (like ssri or snri). The incidence of this syndrome is low. However it is very serious and could be life-threatening.

Find cause: first step is to find the cause.  iron deficiency anemia can cause it, as could a nerve disease of your nerves (neuropathy).  medications that treat it in the mean time include lyrica, (pregabalin) neurontin, quinine (if you can find it) and mirapex and requip.

severe upper abdominal pain that starts 15 minute into eating & lasts 30 min-1 hour after eating &goes away. had median arcuate ligament syndrome surgery months ago. sx resolved after surgery 3 months later. ischemic abdominal pain? other causes?

Gallbladder: The symptoms are suspicious for gallbladder dysfunction, depending on the types of foods that trigger the symptoms or if all foods do it.
