Can't predict: Tramadol allergy is rare but there is no way to predict whether you would have an adverse reaction from taking it.  Many of the adverse reactions to drugs are not due to allergy.

Minutes to hours: If you are allergic to a drug, the reaction usually occurs within minutes and 2 hours.  However if the reaction is a rash , it may take several days.  Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is not a highly allergenic drug although you may get side effects from the opiate it contains.

No: Will  not hurt your liver but since it is a narcotic it can produce dependency and difficulty with withdrawal.Would avoid use except for serious pain and then limit the length of time you use it.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Both have the same amount of acetametaphrine - 500mg. So in purest terms they are equal. But alot depends on alcohol consumption, history of hepatitis, body size. In an average, healthy adult male the limit is 4000 mg or 4gms a day of acetametaphrine.

Not likely: Stress of any kind can sometime cause you to miss a period but if you are sexually active you should do a home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

Not really: You can skip the hydroxyzine. You are more than likely to experience excessive drowsiness.

please tell me how to wing off lortab and xanax! i'm used to taking up to six loratab 10ml a day, and up to 5 xanax 1ml a day. it has caused strife in my home and i have run out of money! please help! in patient therapy is not an option for me.

It : It sounds like you are an addict. Do you have some form of support? Recovery always goes better with support; i.e., narcotics anonymous.  Very few of the doctors I have worked with do outpatient  detox protocols with patients as it is risky.  At this point, recommend that you work closely with the doctor who has been prescribing the medications.

Lortab Elixir 30ml: Is a yellow- colored tropical fruit punch flavored liquid containing hydrocodone bitartrate 7.5 mg and Acetaminophen 500 mg per 15 ml, with 7% alcohol.

Not much: Hopefully, you're taking it for relief of moderately severe pain and not for recreation, but an occasional Lortab will not do much harm to most people. Overusing it can cause several complication including liver failure, respiratory depression, addiction, and death. Use it only as prescribed by your physician.

Lortab overdose: Blood levels of hydrocodone and Acetaminophen as well as liver functions tests would be the appropriate lab test to order. The patient should be evaluated acutely in an emergency room after being transported there by 911 responders, and also have an addiction medicine evaluation.
