The classic cause of angina is coronary disease, this is typically cholesterol blockage of the arteries of the heart. Another cause is "syndrome x" which is spasm in the small vessels of the heart.  Prinzmetal angina is caused my spasm (pinching) of larger heart arteries.

: Other than heart pathology, shortness of breath with exertion can be due to simple poor conditioning, lung disorders,anemia. The shortness of breath from anxiety is usually noted at rest but not so much with exertion. Is the abdominal fullness associated with bloating from gas buildup?  Do you force yourself to belch which makes more gas formartion?  Consider stress management therapy for anxiety

please does peptic ulcer cause shortness of breath when serious ? i was recently diagnosed with it and im having dypsnea other heart conditions ruled out with tests .. if yes please what should i do im 20 years old?

: It mostly causes heart burn and unlikely to cause shortness of breath unless some complications happen from it. For peptic ulcer disease, you should take the heart burn medicine omeprazole or pantoprazole twice daily and avoid over the counter pain meds, avoid eating spicy ,hot food and avoid smoking, excess alcohol consumption. Rest is up to your GI doctor for further follow up.
