Many non-heart: Conditions can cause it. Like coffee and energy drinks, dehydration, alcohol, smoking, cold medicine, street drugs like marihuana, lack of physical conditioning/ obesity, hyperthyroidism, anxiety attacks to mention few. Heart conditions like angina, hypertension, conduction delays etc. Or just can be normal for a person. I get pvc's after exercise. Normal echo and stress test. See your physician.
