Primarily Itching: Pinworms cause perianal itching &amp; are primarily limited to this area however they may migrate to adjacent areas &amp; cause genital itching, Rarely they can migrate up into the vagina or the urethra causing inflammation/infection. All household members should be treated together to prevent re-infesting each other. Treatment must be repeated in 2 weeks. See your doctor for correct diagnosis &amp; treatment
