Good question!: It is difficult to explain the return of your endometriosis after hyterectomy.  The causes of endometriosis are not very well understood. It is possible some of your peritoneal cells may converted to endometrial cells. Or some of your residual endometriosis reactivated after a period of time.

Celiac disease: Celiac disease is a separate disease from ovarian cysts and endometriosis.  It can be difficult, however, to figure out which one is source of symptoms as all three can cause pelvic pain.  Your gyn can sort that out.

Polysp are: The result of accelarated growth of the uterine lining (almost always benign) and not uncommon; endometriosis is different. Fragments of uterine lining go into abdominal cavity and implant on tubes, ovaries, abdominal wall, some women have altered immune system that (for whatever reason) isn't as adept at "removing" the tissue that is now in a foreign place; these implants are hormonally sensitive.

Endo pain: Endometriosis related pain could be secondary to proinflammatory substances in the peritoneum. This substances irritate the nerve endings in the pelvic organs. Could be due fibrosis around tissues that then have decrease in blood flow causing pain.

No: Endometriosis is a disorder that is associated with menstruation, not ovulation. People with endometriosis  continue to release eggs however the problem for fertility for them is generally a problem of transport of the egg into the uterus, due to blocked tubes.

Yes: Endometriosis in the pelvis can cause rectal pain. More likely, the endometriosis can be on the surface of the rectum or it can invade the rectal tissue and can cause severe pain.

Yes: Endometriosis that occurs behind and below the uterus in the pelvic cavity can cause significant rectal pain. This can be suspected by pelvic exam and confirmed by laparoscopy.
