: Many teen agers so through a phase of acute and chronic sinus inflammation that usually resolves with age. At this stage, you may take symptomatic relief medications, including so called antihistaminics. Annoying as it is now, it will subside, without much intervention.
Do not use tobacco, alcohol or any street drugs.

Nasal swelling: What you describe could interfere with your sleep. I doubt it would cause sleep apnea. You may want to see an ENT for further evaluation

If you also have allergies, you may still need medication help, but airway 1st.
