Can occur: These side effects would occur while taking Clozaril, but if you have stopped and instead suffer restless leg syndrome, would suggest checking iron metabolism, with ferritin level, and considering use of a dopamine agonist around the clock (suggest Neupro (rotigotine) patch).  Talk to your doctor about these thoughts.

Contain oxybutynin: Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic which tends to relax bladders mooth muscle ; thus increase funtional bladder capacity ; decrease involuntary bladder contractions. However regular Oxybutynin only has a 4 - 6 hour window of action. You need long-acting or sustained release Oxybutynin either generic or Ditropan er if available where you live 10 -15mg or Detrol (tolterodine) la 4-8mg. Take just before going to bed.

before starting duloxetine 60mg i was 242.5 lbs and have remained similar weight since, however, my waist has gone 107cmto124cm. could duloxetine cause something eg swelling to explain this? or perhaps an interaction between clozapine and duloxetine?

Probable Interaction: There is a well established interaction between duloxetine &amp; clozapine leading to various abnormalities including elevated clozapine blood levels and blood chemistry abnormalities. Anyone on this combination should be monitored closely by their prescriber(s) including lab studies on blood chemistries &amp; clozapine serum levels along with the routine blood counts required on clozapine.

a few days ago i took 100 mg clozapine after being off it long time, to induce sleep. just like before it caused nocturnal enuresis. last night again even though i didn't take any. when will it stop?

Weeks: Clonazapam has a long duration of action but the side effects gradually decrease  with time. Sleepiness is of course is a major side effect.  Yes, the problem will stop eventually.  It is known to cause urinary incontinence.  I recommend that you purchase some incontinence briefs (AKA "adult diapers")  If you go two to three days with out nocturnal enuresis, you can then stop using them.

hiv rash photos in internet are like my rash. i have rash for 2 months so far. i took clozapine tablet a half per night for 2 yr. can it cause rash ?

HIV: Most of the conditions produced by immune deficiency are secondary infections or tumors like kaposi's sarcoma.  There is nothing specific in way of a rash produced by HIV infection.  Any medication may produce an allergic rash.  Since cannot see your rash, suggest going to doctor.  If you are concerned about HIV you should definitely be tested, rash or no rash.

Strong antipsychotic: Clozaril/clozapine is an effective antipsychotic medication with many cautions and potential side effects requiring regular blood tests.  It can be effective for severe or difficult to treat schizophrenia.  Given the potential side effects and requirement of blood tests, many doctors try other, safer medications or combinations first.

is clozapine ever used for treating chronic pain?

Maybe: I personally do not use anti-psychotics for pain management.  I could not say that it is never used, as I am sure some docs use this and other anti-psychotics for pain management, but this is not the indication for the drug.
