Probable Interaction: There is a well established interaction between duloxetine & clozapine leading to various abnormalities including elevated clozapine blood levels and blood chemistry abnormalities. Anyone on this combination should be monitored closely by their prescriber(s) including lab studies on blood chemistries & clozapine serum levels along with the routine blood counts required on clozapine.
