Fowl smelling urine: Could be due to urinary tract infection or dehydration or tumor or metabolic disorder. Have your doctor do urinalysis.

See below: I'm going to assume you are referring to blood on the paper after a bowel movement accompanied by anal pain.Blood most likely is from a slightly bleeding hemorrhoid. Pain may be coming from a small clot in a hemorrhoid.  Try an OTC hydrocortisone/lidocaine cream and follow the advise in the following link. Unfortunately, blood in the urine is also often the only sign one gets from some conditions that need to be discovered, like bladder or kidney cancer or kidney stones.  See a urologist for workup. It likely will involve an office cystoscopic exam and upper urinary tract imaging.

No: Looks like you have blood in your urine when you drink a lot of water it gets diluted and then you are unable to see the blood in the urine.If you can see blood in urine, i m sure even after drinking a lot of water and dilution you have microscopic blood in your urine which is called microscopic hematuria and is abnormal.It ll need investigation that where blood is coming from.Contact yr physician.

=YES to UTI: It is just fungal, which does not flag on most dipstick tests, requires microscopic evaluation--or just telling Dr about white, gooey clumps and will likely call it fungal and provide treatment. Does indicate risk for diabetes and/or immune problem (?locally, like having STD or ?systemically, like other issue). Needs evaluated to see what problem is.
