In Situ or Invasive: Paget's dz represents less than 5% of all breast cancers; cancer cells are found involving the skin of the nipple, resembling eczema.Over 95% of the time an underlying cancer is found elsewhere in the breast, more commonly in-situ rather than invasive. Traditional rx was mastectomy however central lumpectomy (removal of nipple and areola) followed by radiation therapy is an acceptable alternative.

Two not related: D-tga is not, to my knowledge, associated with syndromes that cause macrosomia. The d-tga is more likely to be isolated, with a separate, hopefully identifiable cause for the macrosomia (?Beckwith-wiedeman? Sotos syndrome?).

Unanswerable: Unfortunately there is no such list of which nuts are more or less healthy than other nuts. The only comment medically is that some nuts have more fats and carbs than other nuts and that can be an important fact for those needing to increase proteins and decrease carbs in their diet.
