Wine: Not likely, unless u have very low tolerance to alcohol, or taking medications that don't mix with alcohol.

Exercise energetical: Try a short, high energy work out, rather than a slow, easy, low energy work out.  You may want to make sure your md thinks its safe.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Why was the test done? Do you have any symptoms? What was your hemoglobin? Ask you doctor if you could have Gilbert disease, which is harmless.

Depends: So the controversy with alcohol is heart vs breast cancer.  So for women no more than 1 glass (5oz) per day but if you have a strong risk for breast cancer than no more than three glasses per week since more than that has been associated with breast cancer.  I usually tell patients to keep it to about 3 at the most 4 and that usually keeps everyone pretty happy.

Wine ?Healthy: Red wine is in general a safe occasional part of the human experience.  There is evidence that a small dose of this on a regular basis can be protective of heart disease.

But, those with some conditions may be harmed by red wine...Those with heartburn or reflux disease may have worsening symptoms. Those with the disease of addiction must remain abstinent from this common form of alcohol.

not a problem: A little wine as part of your normal dietary intake is not a problem and it will not interact with Methylprednisolone in any problematic way.

No carbs: Protein and fat only- 
eggs, fish, meat, chicken, turkey, and cheese are all examples of protein, fat without carbs. Many nuts are also protein and fat with little to no carbs as well.

No alcohol: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, if you do, and get HPV vaccine, if you are younger than 45-years. Wish you good health!

Foods with fiber: Foods with lots of fiber have healthy carbs because the carbs are slowly digested so that they turn into sugars slowly, thus avoiding a sudden surge of sugar into one's bloodstream after eating. Choosing natural foods that are like vegetable and whole grains is helpful. Fruits have a lot of sugar. Whole grains that are overly processed (made soft and smooth) have lost some of their fiber benefit.

Low carb diet: Best way to loose weight is to reduce carbs.  Not sure you can reduce it to zero however.
