Sampling error?: BHCG testing is a dynamic status and there are often slight variances in value even if the test is done 5 minutes apart.  However,what is of more concern is that the value is not rising dramatically as it would with a viable pregnancy which should double every 2 to 3 days.

Ectopic pregnancy: Any lower abdomnal or pelvic pain in early pregnancy could be a sign of an abnormally located pregnancy called ectopic pregnancy, where the pregnancy is not located inside the uterine cavity. It is potentially life threatening. You should see your doctor as soon as possible for an evaluation, pelvic exam and ultrasound to make sure everything is ok... Good luck...

Normal: It's normal to have a decrease in your blood pressure and to feel weak all over during your pregnancy.  Especially during 1st trimester, affects of progestesrone can make you feel REALLY tired.  Typically this gets better.  It's normal for blood pressure to lower in pregnancy, it's part of the cardiovascular accommodation the body makes to being pregnant.  If you feel this way, best is drink water

Need evaluation : Bleeding during pregnancy requires prompt evaluation by your doctor. Miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy need to be excluded. Schedule a visit very soon.

Call your OB: I would call your OB as they need to know about your elevated temperature and see if they want to see you.

No: No, you can't. At 4 weeks, the embryo is not moving, but also is so small you wouldn't perceive it if it was moving.

Depends: If you are involved in a exercise program currently, you can continue your same level of activity. Consult your doctor before begining any new exercise program. I recommend keeping well hydrated and avoid getting over heated.

Ask your OB: Do not smoke. Little or no alcohol. No meds unless first checked with dr. Take Folic Acid but avoid pills containing vitamin a. Avoid all herbal meds. Beware of "natural" remedies.
