Lymph node?: While it could be fine, the term "abnormal" is generally not comforting.  If it's readily accessible, it should be removed and sent to a lab for formal pathological analysis.

Need to examine: The lumps may be thrombosed hemorrhoids, but it is not feasible to be sure without examining you. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

just got my cbc back and wbc is 3.1. lab cutoff is 3.5. the past two years my wbc was 3.6, so i tend to trend low. i've been reading about low wbc and cancer keeps popping up and i'm very worried. could this be an early cancer sign?

: If your CBC typically has a WBC of 3.6, it is unlikely that 3.1 is an issue or cancer. I would recommend that you discuss this with your doctor as they would also know you, probably have examined you, and have the result of the whole CBC. It is important to look at the other results (types of WBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets, and other indices).

Maybe, maybe not: Fluid can develop around the lung for many reasons, most common being cancer, infection and heart failure.  Most of the time when a chest tube or needle is used to drain the fluid, tests will be done to determine what caused the fluid to accumulate which will then determine what other treatment may be necessary.

Wisdom tooth: Most likely the red spot on your cheek  is from trauma from the sharp wisdom tooth.  See a dentist and get this checked.  You may need to have the wisdom removed but a dentist can best answer this question.

Get second opinion: Ear ache is not always a sign of cancer. It can occur from many causes. If you want to be doubly sure, then seek a second medical opinion from an ENT doctor and see what he/she says about your tonsil. It is very easy to see a tonsiland be able to tell if it is normal or if it has any growth/tumor in it. If both doctors can confirm that you do not have cancer, then you can trust them and relax.
