Moody: Astrology does not control how we are, but some believe it can influence us. Balancing your emotions goes beyond reading your horoscope, though. First you need to understand what's causing your moodiness, and your physician can help with this. You may also benefit from psychotherapy if life or relationship stresses are destabilizing your emotions. Seeing your doctor would be first step.

Agree with Dr. P: In addition to the suggestions by Dr. Pappas, regular exercise will do you good. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week. Any exercise will do. Start slowly and increase the time and intensity as tolerated. If your "friends" are making matters worse, get new friends. Do not use alcohol or street drugs. Have safe sex, if you do.
