Moody: Astrology does not control how we are, but some believe it can influence us. Balancing your emotions goes beyond reading your horoscope, though. First you need to understand what's causing your moodiness, and your physician can help with this. You may also benefit from psychotherapy if life or relationship stresses are destabilizing your emotions. Seeing your doctor would be first step.

Agree with Dr. P: In addition to the suggestions by Dr. Pappas, regular exercise will do you good. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week. Any exercise will do. Start slowly and increase the time and intensity as tolerated. If your "friends" are making matters worse, get new friends. Do not use alcohol or street drugs. Have safe sex, if you do.

Moodiness: Hard to answer this without knowing what you mean by “moodiness”. For some it means rapid mood shifts and/or unpredictable moods. It can also mean a chronic state of dissatisfaction. Feel free to write back detailing what happens when you are “moody”. So we can offer more specific suggestions along with the excellent ones already presented here.
