Symptoms are:: Such things as nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, nose bleeds, headache, facial pain.  If more advanced there can be facial swelling or invasion of nerves resulting in neuropathy with numbness or weakness in the face or muscles of the face.  Some of these symptoms occur with sinusitis however and patients may go back and forth on antibiotics till doctors determine there is a mass inside.

Options: Cancer in the nose can be treated by surgery if it is at an early stage. Many times though radiation is used due to the difficulty in clearing all the cancer. If it has spread to the lumph glands then chemotherapy may be required too.

Not that I know of: Not sure what you mean by "natural".  Cancer of the nose is usually treated like other skin cancers and involves surgery or radiation, or combination of both and is curative in over 90% of the cases.  Treatment for cancer of the nasopharynx or nasal cavity is usually treated with radiation +/- chemo.

Treatment needed: Your probably went to your doctor for obstruction or bleeding from the nose.  He found a growth which he probably biopsied and it is positive for cancer.  This means to cure it and protect your health, you will need treatments which may include surgery, radiation and sometimes chemotherapy.  I wish you the best for this and don't delay in getting treated.

what would cause right nostril inside to swell almost shut at times, significant difference between left and right nostril inside. left is alright, also the right has a hole looks like black miniture marble in it, nothing ever in nose cancer ?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggest a nasal polyp. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor.

Unlikely: Most cases of bloody nose (epistaxis) are not from cancer.  There are many reasons and the most common are nose picking or other trauma including nose sprays, dry air, bleeding disorders, medications like aspirin, infections (common cold or sinus).  Other cause may be high blood pressure, low platelet count, pregnancy, cancer (leukemia) and more. If nose bleeds are severe or recurrent, see ENT doc.

Never heard of: Mast cells are present in many tissues and are the major source of mediators released in an allergic reactions. Thus it is not an unexpected finding especially in people with allergic rhinitis. I do not understand how the surgery is trying to accomplish. If your primary problem is allergic, see an allergist -surgery is intended for anatomical issues.

i have concha bullossa in nose. doctor says need operation but he not proving me gaurantee . can't breathe from right nose. is it cancer. please help?

Not cancer,,: This isn&#x27;t cancer, but it is an air filled cavity in one of the ridges known as turbinates in your nasal passages.  This is often associated with a deviated septum in your nose.  Because of this, you&#x27;ve got obstruction in your nose stopping you from breathing and can get sinusitis.  Surgery is done to clear this.  It&#x27;s a good idea to listen to your doctor and get surgery.  Best of luck.

for many yrs used face wash that had triclosan in it.am i at more risk of nasal/throat cancer?sometimes got in mouth and in nose from washing face.

Stop worrying: Trislosan is a widely-used, apparently harmless chemical that degrades after being discarded into a form of dioxan that is not one of the forms that has toxicity or is supposed to be linked to cancer. Any chemical can be "shown to be harmful for this-and-that" if used in artificial conditions in labs. I am sorry that anyone troubled you over this.
