Ask your doctor about alternate treatments like caspofungin, nystatin, or flucytosine. You may need to see an infectious diseases specialist or a gyn who specializes in infections. Good luck!

Studies looking at the use of low doses of fluconazole ( single dose of 150 mg) during the first trimester of pregnancy did not find adverse effects however. Ask for a single dose vaginal suppository and see if that works.
