Depends: If you are getting cry on the cervix, then the answer is no.  If is is another part of the body then theere is no problem.

If : If a patient is having irregular bleeding with light-headedness, it needs to be determined that they aren't pregnant.  If the patient had abdominal pain, continued light-headedness, or fainting, then they would need a medical evaluation.  Anemia from bleeding can cause light-headedness.

Not pregnant: With 4 negative pregnancy tests you are not pregnant. A 45-50 day cycle is not normal. The question is what is making your periods so irregular and that requires a full history, exam, and appropriate testing to answer. It could be due to Thyroid disease, PCOS, insulin resistance/diabetes, pituitary or adrenal problems, medications, stress, diet, exercise, weight, or something else entirely.

Could be pregnant or: Not, but if you have unprotected sex you can certainly become pregnant or get an std. If you're married and know your husband has no stds, it is often said that those couples who practice the rhythm method of birth control become parents! otherwise, consider a gyn visit and use contraception and practice safe sex!

Period = Ovulation: Your ovaries make hormones that control your uterus.  If you ovulate regularly, then you'll menstruate regularly.  If not, then irregular periods.

Birth control pills will regulate your cycles, and often make them shorter & lighter.  If difficulty conceiving, then fertility medications can correct ovulation so pregnancy possible.

Outdated term: polycystic ovaries.  Better ovulation dysfunction.

You : You probably have polycystic ovaries. Menstrual abnormalities, increased facial hair, and Insulin resistance are usually present. A pelvic ultrasound may make the diagnosis but laparascopic visualization of the ovaries may be needed. Sometimes a wedge is cut out of the ovary to improve fertility. Early pregnancy is recommended.

Atypical treatment: Typically CIN 3 would be treated with an excisional procedure such a LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure) or CKC (Cold knife conization). The idea is to remove all of the precancerous cells. Freezing procedures are typical reserved for less severe cases of cervical dysplasia.
