Atypical treatment: Typically CIN 3 would be treated with an excisional procedure such a LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure) or CKC (Cold knife conization). The idea is to remove all of the precancerous cells. Freezing procedures are typical reserved for less severe cases of cervical dysplasia.
