I had cervical cryotherapy for a single 2-minute round on friday for cin 2-3. i got my period the next day so it was heavy for a couple of days but now the flow is light. the doctor told me to avoid intercourse and tampons for 7-10 days. is this enou?

Atypical treatment: Typically CIN 3 would be treated with an excisional procedure such a LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure) or CKC (Cold knife conization). The idea is to remove all of the precancerous cells. Freezing procedures are typical reserved for less severe cases of cervical dysplasia.
