Yes: It appears that you are referring to a posterior cervix which is normal. In a first pregnancy, the baby usually descends early into the pelvis and the cervix being posterior is behind the baby's head. As labor ensues, the cervix will dilate and eventually become mid position and is applied to the baby's head in preparation for delivery.

Varies widely: The cervix will vary a lot from person to person just like your nose, ears and any other body part. No two will look or feel exactly the same. It is great that you are interested in knowing your body. There is no reason to check cervical position unless you are actively in labor as it will not mean anything and no conclusions can be made.

Position: The position of your cervix is dependent on your uterus.  As you get older, your uterus may shift in position, and if it rolls forward, it can pull your cervix farther back and up.  This is not unusual.  Reach in deeper, and you should be able to feel it.

If the placenta: covers the cervix it is called a placenta previa which can be partial or complete and require a cesarean delivery to prevent bleeding. Yes it can 'move'

Seriously?: How is your husband seeing your cervix: it is an internal pelvic organ. Does he have a speculum or an endoscope? He cannot see it any better than he can see your  vocal chords.

Non-specific: Checking cervical position is not at all reliable as a measure of ovulation, please don't be troubled by this. In fact of all the natural ways of trying to detect ovulation, this is the least useful.

Digital spelunker: It is OK to explore the vagina(cave) under "normal" circumstances, but when you are pregnant a fingernail can really produce harm to the vagina which is very vascular or the cervix itself. The fetal head will normally be very low for you with pregnancy number four. Save the spelunking for your MD or intercourse by your partner.

1-2 months, usually.: It is not uncommon to find placenta previa in the first half of pregnancy, but it usually resolves spontaneously as the pregnancy advances and the lower uterine segment develops. Avoid intercourse, strenuous exercise, heavy lifting and all nsaids/ssris for now - and follow-up with an ultrasound at 19 and 28 weeks to see if it has resolved. If it persists, a prelabor cesarean section will be needed.
