No: Internal hemorrhoids do not have pain fibers like the skin does overlying the external ones. It will cause excruciating pain. It will like getting sharply pinched constantly around ur anus 24/7.  Healing may also differ as it may cause spasm on internal sphincter that can add to prolong pain.

No. : It is painful to rubber band external hemorrhoids. Banding also does not solve the skin tag problem. Your best bet would be surgical excision of all three but only if symptomatic as surgery hurts for 7-14 days! good luck.

Excision: Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are painful.They resolve in a couple of weeks.If pain is unbearable they can be excised(removed).Rubber band ligation or stapling has less postoperative pain but higher recurrence rate.Other treatment:stool softeners,local steroids,anesthetics,astringents.For those medical agents check with the pharmacist for brand names.Hope you feel better soon.
