Possible.: Prozac, xanax and Prilosec can all interact with each other in the liver. However Prozac and xanax interact with each other too. Adding Prilosec makes the chance of interaction higher. However, alot of people take this and have no troubles. Perhaps if this is for short term problem a simple anti-acid may work just as well and have no side effects.

Yes: I would take it at a separate time from the medications so it does not affect the absorption of the medications.

Drug interactions.:  Xanax and Prozac can be taken together if prescribed in that manner. Please don't drink alcohol if you are taking either of these medications. Be aware that this combination can lead to drowsiness. Don't operate vehicles or dangerous machinery if you are drowsy.

Valerian xanax (alprazolam): Valerian is extremely weak compared to xanax (alprazolam). If you wean off your meds under doctor's advice, then you are safe. Xanax (alprazolam) is never to be taken on a daily basis as it rapidly causes dependence.

BZD+stimulant+SSRI: Duromine (phentermine) is a stimulant which can lead to worsened anxiety and insomnia. It can also cause or worsen depression. Similar to Ativan and xanax, (alprazolam) this medication can be habit forming, tolerance and dependance can occur, and a vicious cycle may set in. The question is best answered by the prescribing physician.

i take 60mg prozac each morning and 20-50 mg of adderall a day and 2mg of xanax (alprazolam) at night to sleep. xanax (alprazolam) isn't helping can i take on more 1mg tonight!

Stop the madness!: You are on major medicines from a competent physician and are asking doctors who don't know you for permission to take more meds???  Sleep is necessary for good health and disrupted sleep needs to be treated. Perhaps your meds are causing the insomnia, or stimulant drinks, or stress, or psychiatric disease itself. Call the prescriber to discuss this,,and quit trying to circumvent him/her.

Benzodiazapine: If your GP prescribed Lyrica INSTEAD  of Xanax - that implies yout won't be taking Xanax. Xanax won't fix underlying causes for anxiety. Tolerance can also develop to Xanax. The Lyrica can often help with anxiety. It won't have exactly the same effect.  Please only take your medications as prescribed by your medical provider.

Balanced combo: It is a safe combination mental/mood disorders. The only interaction is xanax (alprazolam) increases and Ritalin decreases sedation and drowsiness. However in the doses you mentioned is balanced.
If any concern contact your treating physician for clarification.
