is it possible for me to take metronidazole and prenatal vitamins at same time?

Yes if not pregnant: Metronidazole is not safe to take in first trimester of pregnancy
but if you are not pregnant and taking Metronidazole you can take it while taking prenatal vitamins
if treating for trichomonas during pregnancy should be limited and carefully evaluated as it crosses the placental barrier and its effect on fetus is not known.

i am 4 months pregnant and was prescribed metronidazole and se-natal for prenatal.  i am also takng vitamin d3 daily is it safe to take all 3 together?

Taking prenatal vits: There should be no problem taking prenatal vitamins with your medication, except take them at different times of the day

being on Flagyl, should not affect the metabolism of the

Yes: It is perfectly fine to take vitamins while taking Metronidazole. It is also wise to take a probiotic during and after taking antibiotics like Metronidazole.

: Flagyl (Metronidazole) can cause certain meds to act more strongly. These include blood thinners, reflux medications and Myleran/Busulfan (for chronic leukemia). There are no known reactions to multivitamins. Talk to your Dr about any other supplements that you use. Flagyl will cause a metallic taste to occur in your mouth. This goes away when you are done with the med.

i have been diagnosed with bv several times. i've taken flagyl & some vitamins that helped but it eventually comes back what can help?  will yogurt too?

Recurrent BV: Recurrent bacterial vaginosis is very common. BV is hard to treat and permanently clear up. Yogurt or probiotics are not likely to help. Two options often are effective:  taking metronidazole (Flagyl®) once a week; or vaginal boric acid capsules. Discuss the best choice with your doctor. Also, if sexually active consider consistent condoms for a few weeks; and/or no sex with female partners.

immune system low after 2 bad throat infections. would probiotic bio kult and vitamin d help me. i feel like i have the flue. and flagyl was so strong?

Flue: Before you go looking for medicines please see your doctor for a physical exam and lab studies. 
Of the items you listed vitamin D is a safe and inexpensive over the counter medicine and you could take 1,000 or 2,000 units a day and quite low expense (less than labs).
