? symptomatic  ?: I would not suggest correction unless absolutely necessary , such as if bleeding, high risk for fall/injury, or having surgery in near future. Correction just for sake of correction is not advisable.

Increases free drug: Much of Coumadin is bound to protein. Many drugs, including bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) dislodge it from protein and increase the free (active) drug in the circulation.  This usually results in a sharp spike in the inr and can lead to bleeding.  If you must take batrim, you may need to skip a dose or two of coumadin. Discuss with your doctor.

Yes: Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) ds increases effects of Coumadin by decreasing metabolism, by plasma protein binding competiton, and through hepatic enzyme cyp2c9/10 metabolism.
Significant interaction possible.Monitor closely. Use alternatives if available.

Sure BUT!!!!: I would advise anyone on Coumadin (warfarin) not to drink and if so, to drink no more that 1-2 ounces of alcohol in a 24 hour period.  The risk of falls and severe injury, bleeding and even death is too great.  The physical and immediate act fo taking the dose with alcohol is probably not a major issue, but why would you do it?  There are not many medications that i take more serious than using coumadin (warfarin).

Coumadin (warfarin): Coumadin (warfarin) takes a minimum of 2days to lower the inr. It is necessary to overlap drugs when bridging.

good evening.  i am.currently on 1,5 tablets of warfarin.  can i at the same time take stilkor which was also prescribed by another gp?

Stilkor: I'm unfamiliar with stilkor, but like many medications, it may potentiate the effect of warfarin and you should check your INR after taking it for several days to determine whether your warfarin dose has to be reduced. This is usually what needs to be done with statins, antibiotics,etc. Your pharmacist is able to advise you about warfarin-stilkor interactions. Get instructions from your MD. also

can i take folate, (folic acid) b6 and b12 at the same time together or seperate and can i take them while on warfarin i had a pe thats reason on it, im mthfr?

Vitamins: You can take the vitamins together or separately without problem.

do i have to wait between taking kelfax, bactrim, and dulcolax, or can i take them all close to the same time? also taking aspirin. if yes how long.

Recommend: Not sure what keflax is maybe Keflex? an antibiotic.
Can take meds all at same time. Should be OK.
Dulcolax is a laxative. Take at bedtime to have a BM in the morning for convenience.
Otherwise all seems to be fine to take together.
