Yes: Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) ds increases effects of Coumadin by decreasing metabolism, by plasma protein binding competiton, and through hepatic enzyme cyp2c9/10 metabolism. Significant interaction possible.Monitor closely. Use alternatives if available.
