Humidity: Buy a warm must humidifier and keep it next to your bed every night. Costco has a good brand. Stop drinking soda and ice cold drinks  after dark.Take warm / hot water baths before bed. Drink Chicken  soup  2-3 times a day.see an allergist and find out what you are allergic to. If you can take curcumin which helps to modulate your immunity,it could help your allergies. Also eat at least 3 hrs before bedtime.

Diagnosis?: If kidney and liver function are stable then Clarithromycin is well tolerated. But antibiotics should only be taken when indicated. If he is still not well then please discuss it in detail with a physician.
