Antihistamines: you can start zyrtec (cetirizine) tonight it too has sedative effects so be aware not to drive or use heavy machinery

Medications: See your prescribing Doctor for an answer. Are you still taking the amoxicillin? You should have been switched to a different antibiotic. Don't try balancing medications yourself, see your Doctor.
