Humidity: Buy a warm must humidifier and keep it next to your bed every night. Costco has a good brand. Stop drinking soda and ice cold drinks after dark.Take warm / hot water baths before bed. Drink Chicken soup 2-3 times a day.see an allergist and find out what you are allergic to. If you can take curcumin which helps to modulate your immunity,it could help your allergies. Also eat at least 3 hrs before bedtime.
