Pharmacist: I strongly recommend that you ask your pharmacist about this matter as I'm sure he/she has more information about possible Clomid medication interactions although not much information about Clomid interactions is apparently available to physicians.

When expired?: Depends on how long ago it expired and the conditions in which it was kept.  The expiration date includes for most medication an extra years worth of safety (not true for many drugs, particularly injectables).  I would not fret if were a year expired.

Depends: Methocarbamol comes in 500 mg and 750 mg forms - 3 of the 500 mg tabs would be ok, whereas 3 of the 750 is above the recommended dose.  Side effects could include slowed heart rate, decreased blood pressure, confusion, sleepiness, etc.  Presumably it's out of your system by now but if you're still having side effects, see a physician.

Usually not: Assuming this is orally given for muscle spasm (it can be given IV and also be used for tetanus), you can take up to 6 gms/day (split up 4x/day, therefore 1.5 gm/dose) for the first 2-3 days, then decrease to 4-4.5 gms/day in 3-6 divided doses. There are rare cases where you can take 2 gms/dose during the 1st 2-3 days (discuss with md 1st). Confusion and low heart rate & blood pressure=toxicity.

Yes: I can not find an adverse interaction with SAMe and Robaxin (methocarbamol). Always take  caution when using new medications together but drug interaction testing appears  to  be  OK.

Read label: Many questions involving advice regarding meds and dosages cannot be answered safely without knowing your medical history. With otc medication it is important to read labels. In this case yes, should be ok.

Yes: These medications can be used together although there is a significant risk of constipation as well as difficulty with memory, concentration, and confusion.  An important step is to explore why you need these medications.  Robaxin (methocarbamol) and narco are symptom treatments.  It is always better to get rid of the problem than to treat the symptoms alone.

OK, but: Robaxin (methocarbamol) is a muscle relaxant of modest benefit, and has been proven to be safe but relatively ineffective in most.  Your back pain will likely respond far better to stretching, back and abdominal stretching exercises, and even an occasional massage.  If you wish a medication, OTC ibuprofen or naproxen would provide some relief.

Avoid or reduce: dose of both or either, combination can cause CNS depression. Hydroxyzine stays in your system for a day or two, while methocarbamol stays only for few hours, good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications, take care
