Depends: Methocarbamol comes in 500 mg and 750 mg forms - 3 of the 500 mg tabs would be ok, whereas 3 of the 750 is above the recommended dose. Side effects could include slowed heart rate, decreased blood pressure, confusion, sleepiness, etc. Presumably it's out of your system by now but if you're still having side effects, see a physician.
