Losing weight: To lose weight, get ur resting metabolism rate done(weight loss centers do this). This determines the total number of calories you need to lose 1-2lbs/week. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .

Sure: If it is not hurting you, you should be able to ride a horse.  The meniscus is the cartilage cushion in the knee.  It may need to be repaired if it is causing you pain or limiting your range of movement.

: Unknown. Hypotonia is just a label for lower muscle tone, not a specific condition. Child paralysis is a vague term that may be otherwise called Little's disease or cerebral palsy. These are stable/unchanging defects in posture and movement related to an injury to the nervous system anytime from pregnancy to age 3 yr. At this time there is no cure for such problems.

Probably not: You are describing a subconjunctival hemorrhage, which causes a small area of bleeding in the conjunctiva of the eye.  Usually this is caused by mild/moderate trauma--such as aggressive rubbing.  Although the dust may have led to the burst capillary (by causing you to rub the eye) it is unlikely that more dust will worsen the issue.  Get a good set of protective sunglasses to keep the dust out.
