hi no intestines sound. iam going pooping normally? everything is normal. what is the reason for my intestines no sounds?

: How do you know that there is no bowel sound? Absent bowel sound means ileus (small bowel paralysis) which is usually manifested with abdomen distention with pain &amp; discomfort, nausea and vomit. Yes, if small bowel is paralyzed there will be no bowel movement. If you do not have any other symptoms, your small bowel is still moving and bowel sound should be present.

: Did you use a stethoscope to listen for intestinal activity?  If not, it's not unusual not to have audible normal intestinal peristaltic sounds.

Prolapse: Can be mucosal which is primarily internal hemorrhoids or a complete prolapse of varying degrees. This should be assessed by a colorectal surgeon to define the prolapse and make suggestions on how to manage it.

No need.: Poop does not plaque in the intestines. If you are constipated magnesium citrate or bisacodyl can work wonders.

pooping regularly but feel backed up. had a bm this morning containing corn from a meal i ate on monday night. lots of gas in intestines.

OK: As long as you are regular, that is good.  Increase your fluids in your diet and fiber and that can help improve your "backed up" feeling.  Fiber is good for bowel stability, but too much may constipate you as well. Play detective and learn the foods that back you up, then only ea them in moderation. Always stay well hydrated and that will help bowel regularity.  Best wishes.

Indigestion: You probably have some form of indigestion which can be from inflammation or infection. Don't worry, it has nothing to do with your intestinal width! Take some probiotics, yogurt and consume bland diet for a few days. See your GP if symptoms persist. Good luck

Find out cause: Depending on your age a diagnostic test to rle out obstructive disease such bas colonoscopy should be done.If negative most cases are don t dietary indiscretion such as lack nof fiber in the diet. I would add a high fiber cereal and a daily dose of a fiber suplement such as Metamucil to your diet and obsrve.

i can pass gass and all but i poop very little, could i have a bowel obstruction? i have no pain, it just feels like a lot of poo is in my intestines.

If you are: passing flatus, I don't think you have an intestinal obstruction.  More likely severe constipation or underlying intestinal motility problem.  You can try otc laxatives or stool softeners or even suppository or enema, but if problem persists, see your doctor for precise diagnosis and proper treatment.

hi, im 23 years old female and i think i found a worm in my poop after i took albenda since i had some of the symptoms of worms in intestine but ive never seen worms until today i guess, it was brown and a little thick im not sure if it was a worm?
