Yes: Just 'rodded ' a broken tibia today... Young men who have fractured tibias which are rodded and 'locked' w/ proximal and distal screws can weight bear fairly quickly, usually w/ in the first week( w/ crutches). Most times the tibia fractures heal in 2-3 months and young adults can return to sports usually @ 3-4 months w/ intramedullary rod in place.Check w/ your ors. Gl!

8-10 weeks: A simple break of the fibula takes about 6-8 weeks to heal with 4-6 weeks of therapy afterwards to regain strength, range of motion and balance.  The time it takes to return to sport depends on the type of fracture as well.  I would expect at least 6-8 weeks of healing before returning to play.  Once your strength and range of motion are equal to the good side, you can safely return to play.

doctor says i'll be out with a broken fibula for 6 weeks. what can i do for it 
heal faster? i wanna be back playing football in 4 weeks.

Don't rush it: Fractures take a minimum of 6 weeks for a good callus to form, but continue to remodel for months.  Follow your doctor's recommendations.  A badly healed fibula  can result in ankle displacement, which will likely become arthritic, causing major problems down the line.

Rehabilitation may take months, as you will experience significant muscle atrophy due to disuse until you are healed.

i have played football almost for 5 years now and i recently took a break for 6 months. now when i play games i need to vomit in midgame so i always have to go out. i need to know what to do now?

See your Dr: I highly recommend seeing your Dr and have a thorough history and physical.  You may need lab tests or other exams to identify the cause. There could be a laxity if your lower esophageal sphincter or hiatal hernia, or any number of things, however without a face to face exam it is impossible to say.  I hope you get well soon!

Not Advisable: Besides physically limiting your ability to perform at your best, you increase the risk of more damage.  With elevated white counts from infections, the spleen may be enlarged and at risk to rupture if hit.  Playing when impaired, can increase your risk of injuries.  Symptoms from the pneumonia could mask more serious injuries that result from play.  If contageous, you'll likely spread the illness.

See below: Osgood–schlatter disease or syndrome (also known as tibial tubercle apophyseal traction injury and epiphysitis of the tibular tubercle) is an irritation of the patellar ligament at the tibial tuberosity.  It is characterized by painful lumps just below the knee and is most often seen in young adolescents.  I would listen to my body.  If it hurts stop playing.

i have broken my metatarsal about 2 months ago. i'm ok now. can i play football again now?

Yes: Assuming the metatarsal has healed by x-ray and you have no pain with walking, your activities may increase. Monitor yourself for pain as you slowly increase your activities. Remember that with disuse your bones and muscles have weakened. It is important to give them a chance to get use to increased activities; just like starting a workout program.

Yes: You may be having symptoms related to
a concussion
if you were in the nfl, you would be taken
out of the game and evaluated before being
able to play further.
It should be the same for anyone
never fool around with head or cervical
spine injuries.

why am i not getting ripped i do pushups pullups 5 days alternatively , play football but still don't have the results, diet is also good.

Diet and exercise: You must have your body fay content drop to around 5% of your total body weight to get "ripped". The average un-ripped person carries 10-20 % body fat so 5-15% of your current weight  is the fluff you need to lose. Good workouts are fine to build muscle mass and strength, but it requires great dietary control to achieve this look.
