Yes: Assuming the metatarsal has healed by x-ray and you have no pain with walking, your activities may increase. Monitor yourself for pain as you slowly increase your activities. Remember that with disuse your bones and muscles have weakened. It is important to give them a chance to get use to increased activities; just like starting a workout program.
