No: Genital HPV is a localized infection limited to the tissues involved. It does not enter your saliva unless you have oral HPV which is very rare. You could pass genital HPV from tissue to tissue contact but not as you have described.

HPV: Is a highly contagious virus, usually transmitted sexually but if you have hpv you should be careful regarding hygiene.

Probably not: Only if he has it in his oral cavity. If he does he is a great risk of getting an aggressive form of lymphoma.

Yes/no: There are non-wart strains of HPV that can take residence in the tissues of the oral cavity. They often present no symptoms. They would often clear the primary infection within 2 yrs and may or may not produce later problems or be contagious. They are not passed to a toddler by a simple kiss.

Let me explain: Studies have shown hpv transmission between hands and genitals of the same person and sexual partners is possible, partridge reports men's fingertips became positive for high risk hpv at more than half the rate (26% per 2 years) as their genitals (48%) winer reports 14% of fingertip samples from sexually active women were positive. So clean your hands before.

i have contamination ocd. if i had hpv on my uvula and my finger touched it and i continuously washed my hands thoroughly and then my fingertouched my genitals the next day could i pass it to my genitals? i have never kissed or had any sexual contact?

HPV: I don't know what "contamination ocd" stands for, but I seriously doubt that HPV can be transmitted from uvula (your GP can better explain how HPV got to the uvula) to your  genitalia.  I would consider a lab error and stop worrying.

Human Papilloma: Hpv means human papilloma virus. This is a very common virus that is passed via sexual intercourse and via oral sex. Some strains of the virus can cause genital warts. Other strains have been linked to cervical, oral and throat cancer.
