Possible: Too much Vitamin B6 can cause numbness, tingling and itching.  Too little Vitamin B12 can cause similar symptoms which may become intermittent after starting high dose Vitamin B12. Too little Vitamin B1 can cause vision troubles - this might be more noticeable after starting B complex. I would see your doctor, bring up these and any other symptoms you may have or had and see what is related.

It's OK: You can't overdose on real B vitamins. But be careful with synthetic forms. The easiest way to tell is to look at the ingredient list of your supplements. Stay away from the ones that have folic acid or cyanocobalamin.  Look for the ones that have folinic acid and methylcobalamin.

Overdose ? : You eliminate the excess of all those supplements in your urine within 24 hrs. I know of no problem with or reason to fret over this amount taken briefly. Be aware that vitamins A/E/D &amp; k can store in your body &amp; build up to cause problems for any excess. You should check with your doc regarding any symptoms you have &amp; get guidelines for supplement use.

For what condition?: Jamieson's b complex 100 mg is a timed-release product. B vitamins are also water-soluble, so that any excess your body does not need will be excreted.  Taking vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) at 1-6 grams (not milligrams as in this preparation) per day over many months can cause a sensory neuropathy.  For most people, the 50mg b complex would be enough -- if you have poor diet & stress, maybe need more.
