Probably not: I assume you mean 112 systolic, 67 diastolic.  This may be normal BP for you, and unlikely to be related to chest pain.

Be temperate: Alcohol can interfere with many prescription medications (ask your doctor, it depends on which medicines you are taking).  However, if used in moderation (up to 3 - 5 drinks/week), there isn't harm, and actually there may be a slight health benefit! be temperate.

Yes!: Angina type pain comes when the muscle of the heart gets stretched or the heart perceives it is not getting enough oxygen.  Even high blood pressure without coronary artery disease can cause angina type pain, but you must first make sure there is no CAD and must make sure to control the blood pressure!  most people with high blood pressure however have no symptoms.

Nitrates: Both may cause some drop in blood pressure but usually not very much. Nitrates are not typically used for treatment of hypertension. The effects of the short and long acting isosorbide mono nitrate are similar; the difference is how often it has to be taken, i.e. Once vs. Twice a day.

If you are 22: angina is highly unlikely.  However, if you are saying that you are always breathless and having chest pain, you need to be seen.  Good luck.

: Did you check your pulse and blood pressure on standing? Symptom resolves in supine position most often implies poor brain perfusion as the cause of lightheadedness. If blood pressure is normal with only slightly high pulse rate, brain perfusion should be fine then you should see your family doctor for a thorough evaluation.

Careful exam: Complete physical exam including ekg, x ray chest, pulmonary function test, lab tests including cbc, chemistry, lipids, thyroid function tests, urinalysis, hb a1c review of present medication and good follow up.

Angina.: There are certainly more risk factors for angina than those that you mentioned. If there's any further concern, a good quality stress test will give you more information than the EKG.

Heart issues: Blood pressure medication is intended to treat the pressure and it is important to obtain a "steady state" of the drug in the system. However, symptoms like chest pain, palpitations  and angina are not what blood pressure medication is primarily given for. These are separate and distinct issues for which other medication may be necessary. Consult your cardiologist.
