i have noticed i get the rotten burps and horrible diahreah if i eat meat cooked on outdoor grill with mesquite wood. could i be onto something here. ?

Maybe: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Tree allergy not all: Generally allergy to trees are to their pollen not the wood. The exception is the great western cedar. Otherwise saw dust is an irritant not an allergen.

i am on an allergy trial and i can't eat wheat dairy processed or canned foods as well as citrus and deli meats etc ! what can i eat and drink ?

Fresh fruits: That aren't citrus and fresh veggies which are abundant, rice, sweet potato, potstto, coconut or almond milk or silk milk, fresh or frozen chicken, fish, shrimp, lobster, meat. Hamburger meaty, cheese. You really have a lot to chose from, just not much fast foods.

i think i have a pine allergy and the environment i work in i am around saw dust from pine wood. is there anything i can take to lessen my symptoms?

Allergen avoidance !: Some physical barrier like nasal mask, might help! frequent dusting and vacuuming goes a long way too. But a dose of zyrtec which is great for indoor and outdoor allergen s might help!  Nasonex (mometasone) nasal spray can alleviate symptoms too! regards!

Hydroxizine: Diphenhydramine and Hydroxyzine are common over the counter antihistamines which can help treat allergies and  mild allergic reactions.  They are sedating.  Non-sedating antihistamines, such as Cetirizine can also be helpful, but are not quite as strong for reducing itching and other allergy effects.  If reaction is severe or persistent seek medical care.  Any throat or breathing = emergency room.

Which test?: There are four different ways to test for allergies. Some ways are more accurate than others. Perhaps you had one of the less accurate allergy tests. Did you consult with an allergist?  was it a blood test or skin test?

Probable: But you have to specify the type of symptoms you are getting . Aside from allergy, a toxic reaction to fish protein or the parasite present or an allergic reaction to the parasite (Anisakis) in warm water fish can also cause adverse effects. Consider consulting an allergist.

what causes keratosis pilaris? i have bumps on my skin that seem to pop up whenever i eat too much sugar,fried food, meat or wheat ? is it an allergy?

Eczema.: Think of KP as eczema of the hair follicles. It is not an allergy. We treat it with the same medications that we use to treat acne - usually topical steroids and emollient lotions. If it worsens whenever you eat the things you mention, listen to your body and eat less of them.
