Possibly: Typical features of sinus infections include congestion, drainage and fever. Headaches and sinus tenderness are also  usual symptoms.  I would suggest a nasal saline rinse.

Absolutely: Yes. Some people can even have sinusitis with no symptoms, when this is found incidentally on another exam. However, for most people, facial pain and pressure are the most common symptom. Nasal blocakge is also a common complaint. Green runny nose is often present, but not always. Cough and fever are usually not associated with sinus infection, unless there is a cold associated as well.

See your doctor: A foul smell associated with sinusitis symptoms such as nasal congestion, facial headaches and yellow or green secretions can suggest a difficult-to-treat infection; this typically requires certain types of antibiotics. Once you begin to notice a foul odor, you need to see your physician; don't just hope that it'll "go away.".

Sinusitis: Bacterial sinus infection generally produces yellow or green mucus and may accompany facial pain, pressure, fever and nasal obstruction. You may have a viral infection with nasal/sinus inflammation and systemic viral syndrome symptoms which are more mild than an acute bacterial infection but since we dont know your medical history its difficult to say. Try OTC meds for symptoms, rest &amp; hydrate.

Sinusitis: You can treat this with saline irrigation thru a Neti-pot, decongestants, nasal steroids, etc.  As long as your respirations are not impaired there seems no contraindication to exercise.

Nasal congestion...: A stuffy and congested nose is not necessarily a sinus infection.  Yellow is a normal color for "snot" and also not indicative of sinus infection.  If your cold is lingering for more than 2 weeks, you develop high fevers, or are having associated headaches/facial pain then I would see a physician to determine if your sinuses have become infected.  Until then - blow your nose :)

Doubtful: You sound like you have a cold. Hydrate, use comfort measures and keep your hands clean, especially if you're going to be around other people.
