two weeks ago i started to get small blisters in my mouth, at first it didn't really hurt, but its getting worse. could this be a food allergy?

Not really: Unless these symptoms are directly related to something that you eat, could be aphtous ulcers starting as small blistering, food allergy or even oral allergy syndrome don't usually cause blistering, see your dentist or your doctor for examination

had all 4 wisdom teeth out + bone graft on may 24th (so about 2 weeks). food keeps getting stuck in the bottom two holes and rinsing can't get it out.

dentists office told me not to use a water syringe. is it bad to let food sit there?

: FOOD CAN CAUSE DELAYED HEALING AND AN ODOR. USE A TWEAZER TO PICK OUT THE FOOD OR GO BACK TO THE DENTIST OFFICE  AND HAVE THEM REMOVE THE FOOD.

why do i get radiating pain/dull ache/nerve pain from my teeth when eating hot or cold, spicy food or even just being outside i have two crowns, one that always bothers me as its always sore and slightly inflammed. my dentist said i need to get my gums cu

Toothaches : Toothaches are a difficult problem and there can be many causes for them. Without having met you i can only guess as to what is going on, but i would consider asking your dentist for a referral to see an endodontist for a consultation. Endodontists specialize in the nerve of the teeth and from what you're describing it sounds as though your nerve is irritated, dying or is already dead. Sometimes after having dental work done (such as getting a crown placed) the nerve can be irritated and just needs time to relax and go back to normal. Sometimes though, the nerve can be permantently damaged to no fault of the dentist (it can just happen sometimes) and will need a root canal.

If your gums are inflammed, then there's probably truth to what your dentist said about getting the gums cut back as the inflammation will usually not resolve itself and will only lead to more destruction in the mouth unless it's corrected by the minor surgery. Gum sensitivity typically won't lead to the nerve pain you're describing however, so this tooth might have more than one issue going on with it.

Food in mouth: You have something stuck in the back or your mouth or a tongue cancer maybe. See your Dr.

Unclear: "Lumps" in throat are difficult to ascertain what they are without physically visualizing them.  Need to be evaluated by physician.

i get burps quite often these days and few of them end up with acidic food approaching my mouth. is it something i should worry about ?

See MD if chronic: What you describe is consistent with gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD) which is common but treatable, and need evaluation to optimize. Start with omeprazole or similar, and if chronic should see Gastroenterologist to discuss options. Happy to consult.  My recent publication (on PubMed) also highlights endoscopic (non surgical) options given mounting concerns of long-term PPI use.

Few things: Can be due to a few things. Worst would be a disorder of the muscles of your esophagus (swallowing tube). See ENT doc for evaluation.

Sores in mouth: Sores in your mouth can be a manifestation of oral food allergy.

Dry mouth?: You may be a relatively low producer of saliva. If so, particles of dry food which come into contact with your lips can absorb moisture from the lips, which dries them out.

if some one you know has hpv in there mouth can you get it if you drink from there cups or ate food they made.

Yes, possiblly: Hpv is a viral disease and can be spread by contact or toutching contaminated  persons or fomites.   How long the virus might live on a fomite like a cup and still be infectious is not known exactly but it should dry out in a few minutes or after washing.  Contaminated food would be unlikely.
