can you get a sore throat from a tick bite?

It is possible: The most common tick bite disease, lyme disease, can cause a sore throat but it is commonly known for its "target" lesion.  Oropharyngeal tularemia is another possibility.  The bottom line is that if you live in a tick infected area and you have a sore throat, you should see your doctor, urgent care, or the er immediately.  Tick bites are very treatable especially early on in the infection.

Second Look: Since you already had rickettsial test, I presume you have evaluation without any clear answers. Depending on location consider an Infectious Disease, (ID) Specialist. You did not mention throat culture or strep test or blood count. These would likely have been done. Sometimes polymerase chain reaction (PCR)  might be helpful. On the other hand ringing in ears and sweating can come with depression

i have been diagnosed with tick bite fever 3 days ago by my doctor.  i am currently on doxycyl.  i have flu symptoms like runny nose and sore throat, which i know is some of the symptoms.  i am wondering whether i can take flu medicine (corenza c) ?

Yes you can: No interaction with doxycycline, unless you are allergic to any if the components of the corenza c, read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration. Self isolate: These symptoms are not the most commonly reported for Covid-19, but any illness right now is a good reason to self quarantine. Avoid contact with others, wash hands regularly. Just be careful, eat and sleep well. Call your doctor if high fever or trouble breathing.
