Bleeding can occur: Vaginal bleeding can certainly occur during pregnancy. However, the bleeding would not be due to an actual period. Take care.

Pregnancy: You can not have perior while pregnant. Bleeding in pregnancy could be due to several reasons. I suggest you follow up with your OB gyn.
