If you have tonsilitis, that would not be the first medication I would give. Also, how long has this been? Do you have fever? Neck swelling ? How do your tonsils look? Have you ever had EBV mononucleosis (also known as the kissing disease) ?

for the last 3 months i keep getting one sided tonsil and neck lymphnode pain. not always the same side. why?

Lymph tissue: Hello. The lymph tissue located around the tonsillar tissue becomes inflamed and painful with infection. Sometimes tonsillar tissue holds food particles which traps bacteria beneath. This can cause "micro abscesses" leading to the inflammation. Gargle with water after meals and use pain medications if needed. See your doctor for confirmation. Good luck.

will my r enlarged andeiod make my right neck feel bigger when i touch around my tonsil wall.  i don't want surgery what can i do. will it cont. grow?

Enlarged adenoid: Your adenoids are located behind your nose, and so should not make your neck feel bigger. 
It is difficult to say if it will continue to get bigger- Unfortunately there isn't much you can do to make it bigger or smaller. 
The main reasons you would need surgery for this are chronic recurrent sinus infections and sleep apnea. If you don't have either of these conditions, you don't need surgery.

In the throat: The tonsils that most people think of are located in either side of the throat. There are also lingual tonsils that are located at the very back of the tongue.

Peritonsillar: abcess.This may be an infection such as a peritonsilar abscess. This is an infection typically of a unilateral tonsil which presents with one sided throat pain  and there may be swollen glands on the side of the infection.

Infection: From your description it sounds like you have a right tonsillar infection with an area that is plugged with a tonsilith. The swelling in the back of your neck is likely reactive lymphadenopathy. Check with your doctor, you may need an antibiotic. In the meantime keep your mouth clean and gargle with an antiseptic or a salt solution.

i touched the top of my right tonsil. pain spread throughout my neck and head. when i touch other parts of the tonsil it doesnt hurt. is this normal?

Not normal: It's not normal to reach into your mouth to check the effect of touching various parts of your tonsil. It reflects anxiety. But the pain itself, if present only upon such touch, is nothing to worry about.

Tonsil disease: You should see a doctor for evaluation of the area. It is impossible for any patient to "see" a hole in the tonsil, or evaluate the tonsil adequately. Pain and swelling may indicate a simple tonsillitis, or it may be other things, such as an impaled foreign body, fish bone, or other debris.

The most common cause for lymph node enlargement in the neck region is infection.  A worrisome lymph node is one stay stays enlarged.
