Have it evaluated: For some people, touching the plants can result in allergic contact dermatitis, an inflammation of the skin. For others, eating zucchini can cause oral allergy syndrome (oas), an irritation of the lips, tongue, mouth or throat.  Contact your doctor and get their advice and have it treated appropriately.

: Enough intake of yellow vegies will turn their skin yellow, sparing the white of the eyes. Jaundice from any cause should show in the white of the eyes. Your doc can see or test to confirm.

There are some igg associated skin problems, and typically that requires avoidance and then challenge (elimination diet) to determine, though there are igg tests, a little more controversial than ige.

Drinking anti-oxidant fruit juices like acai, goji berries, blueberry and many others may help. These thoughts are medically controversial, but moisturization, sun protection and avoidance are even more important.
