Yes, but why???: Haven't heard of any regulations against the eating of raw lamb, but why would one not cook his meat. Undercooked meat has bacteria, viruses, and parasites that are bad for people. One can enjoy a healthier lifestyle by cooking to death all those "germs", before eating.

Depends: Most health care professionals recommend against one of the main reasons being salmonella. Having said that the bacteria are usually outside in the shell. If the shell is thoroughly cleaned, getting the white/yolk to a glass to drink it without bacteria is more likely. Having said that most will recommend not to do it. I must admit I do it sometimes though.

Depends: In general it is not the best practice to eat raw dough. However, if the dough has egg in it then it can be very dangerous. Many eggs are contaminated with salmonella and can make you sick if they are eaten raw

You shouldn't: Eating raw meat is generally considered unsafe and may result in intestinal upset (vomiting and diarrhea). That said there are some great dishes that include raw meat- you just have to be careful the meat is handled and served properly.

Easy trick: Drink 2 - glasses of water before you'll start eating rice. Weight 5 minutes. Your appetite will be decreased.

Stomach upset: Raw flaxseed may be hard on your stomach, since its shell is hard to digest. Although, there is no carved in stone recommendations or restrictions about how much raw flaxseed you can eat, i would suggest 1 table spoon twice daily and i would mix it up with either oatmeal or another food to blend it in.

Raw vegetables: People vary widely in the foods they can tolerate, much less the ones that work best  for their own metabolism.  We don't know what your goals are, what your health is like, medications you might be on, etc.  For an individualized plan, you need your own doctor and nutritionist to work with.
