Treatment: Boils or abscess do not resolve spontaneously.  The pain associated with them may decrease as the pus drains but antibiotic treatment is needed.  Larger boils may need drainage.

Acne: Most likely it is an inflamed pimple. You can buy "benzoyl peroxide" acne cream (read the active ingrediants) without prescription. Apply a thick layer over the bump and let dry. Take care to use white towel as it can bleach towels and clothing. It should help dry out and reabsorb the pimple.

 However it is puported  in some studies that cooking vegetable like tomatoes and carrots make antioxidants more available for absorption.Steaming or microwaving or roasting the vegetable is better than boiling them to mush.
  Perhaps you needs to try some new recipies.

In addition take warm soapy baths to which you have added 4-5 tablespoons of bleach.Take at least two baths a day and used the antibiotic ointment several times a day hopefully, this should eliminate your recurrent infections.
