Recurrent boils: Your boils are more than likely caused by a staph infection. To eradicate the problem, get some Bactroban (mupirocin) Ointment and insert the ointment in both your nostrils. In addition take warm soapy baths to which you have added 4-5 tablespoons of bleach.Take at least two baths a day and used the antibiotic ointment several times a day hopefully, this should eliminate your recurrent infections.

?pyoderma?: Sounds like pyoderma. See your doc! i would place you on Cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500mg bid & Metronidazole 500 bid for 30 days. I would bet it clears!
